NATAL CHART, PERSONAL DNA

by Laura Poggiani

The Natal Chart is the graphic picture of the sky settings in the moment of the birth, but is most of all a projection of the space around us and our way to use it.

According to the symbols Pulver (Swiss graphologer and philosopher) expressed, four are the parts the graphic image of our Natal Sky is based upon: up, down, right and left.

First of all, the up gathers ideals, spirituality, imagination, and, in a wider way, infinity. On the contrary, the down represents the ground, and indicates concreteness, realism, materiality, and, in a wider way, the dark preceding the creation. The left is the starting point, the origin, the past, the birth, and the childhood, whereas the right represents the others, the future, our relations.

So we obtain two axis expressing two movements: a vertical one, from up to down (axis of idealism/realism), and an horizontal one, from left to right (past/future). If we adapt these two axis to the graphic image, we get, as vertical axis, the one made by Medium Coeli-Ideality (up) and Imum Coeli-Materiality (down). The Ascending-I (left) is opposed to the Descendant-Others (right) as horizontal axis.
