THE CHARACTER OF PINOCCHIO

We know the whole story of Pinocchio the poor wood puppet whose thousand vicissitudes have fascinated and bound so many generations of children, any age.

All tof them have "lived" this character, sharing its joy in the pleased moments of the story and suffering with him for the sad moments.

But who was really Pinocchio?

Skipping the purely historical discourse on the author of the famous character and why has created it, let's focus exclusively on the character of the puppet and particularly on his famous lies.

Pinocchio has probably been beloved all over the world for so much time because, despite of wood, is in reality a deeply human character; his immature and naïve character brings himself to commit so many errors and to chase him in regrettable situations in which the only way who finds for defend himself is to tell lies.

The reasons that push Pinocchio to tell so many lies are different; as f9rst, he has to defend himself in circumstances that he's not able to face and to otherwise manage, then he tries to avoid to be punished for having disobeyed, finally he minds to feel himself more main point.

Who of us doesn't find again in this type of behavior a piece of himself? All we have been "pinocchio" whebyoung people (and many are always so...).

Aries natives are fundamentally spontaneous and sincere to lie, it’s not their nature and if they do it, they are uncomfortable and make several mistakes. They aren’t certainly the ones who cut for "to meditate for a long time" and "to build" a lie in a great style; it deals with a long and hard-working operation, too much distant from their way. Aries are people who act impulsively and they speak instinctively, therefore at the most they can improvise (that’s… shooting!) some coarse lie, with short "legs" and small structured. They will forget after few minutes what they have saud and they will fall in contrast, "discovering thensekves", just as Pinocchio who is betrayed by his own nose that is lengthened as soon as a lie. But since Aries love to excel and are easily allowed to drag and to influence from the company of friends, can be tempted by "exalting" the story of their braveries and their supremacies; more than of real falsehood we can speak therefore of “machism” or brag.
